Our own warehouse keeps green coffee, tea and ingredients at the right temperature and humidity, so quality does not depend on someone else's storeroom.

How fresh is the coffee?
We roast to order each week. The roast date is printed on every bag, and we ship within days of roasting.
Do you grind coffee?
Yes, for espresso, filter, French press or Turkish coffee. Choose the grind when ordering.
Where can I find you at markets?
We trade at weekend food markets in Kyiv in season. Follow our announcements or ask us by email.
Can you supply an office?
Yes, with coffee, tea, snacks and ready meals delivered weekly.

EVANS COMPANY LLC ("Evans Company", "we") produces coffee, tea and ready food, trades food wholesale, sells online and at markets, operates a warehouse and provides restaurant and catering services. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" and the GDPR.
1. Controller

2. Online customers
Name, phone, email, delivery address, orders and payment confirmation. Card payments are handled by a licensed provider. Food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons except when faulty, in line with consumer protection rules.
3. Catering clients and guests
Event details, contacts and guest numbers. Allergy and dietary information is used only to prepare safe food for that event and deleted afterwards.
4. Wholesale and office customers
Business contacts, delivery points, orders, invoices and training records for baristas trained by us.
5. Food traceability
We keep records linking batches to customers to enable recalls, as required by food safety legislation.
6. Market stall sales
Market sales are recorded without personal data. Card payments are processed by the bank.
7. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (food safety, fiscal, tax), consent (allergy information, newsletters), legitimate interests (product quality).
8. Recipients
Couriers, payment providers, the State Service on Food Safety and Consumer Protection where required, tax authorities. We do not sell personal data.
9. Retention
- Orders: as required by tax law.
- Traceability records: shelf life plus 1 year.
- Allergy information: deleted after the event.
10. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
